Elizabeth Alves Andrade Barbosa is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Science and Technology – University of Cabo Verde. Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies in Education from the University of Lisbon - Portugal, master’s in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications from the University of Aveiro – Portugal, and a bachelor’s in Computing in Education from Instituto Superior de Educação - University of Cape Verde. She has been teaching at the public University of Cape Verde - Faculty of Sciences and Technologies since 2006. From 2013 to 2015 she was the president of the Pedagogical Council and from 2012 to 2014 “Vogal” for the Administrative Area of the Faculty of Science and Technology. Since October 2022 she has been the advisor of the Distance Learning Support Center at the Public University of Cape Verde.
