Leading Social Impact Advisor

Paula Laurel Jackson, PhD, is a third-generation global educator, curriculum designer, and social impact advisor with over 16 years of experience at the intersection of education, technology, and equity. She specializes in culturally relevant curriculum design, EdTech innovation, and social impact evaluation, and has led projects across Africa, the Caribbean, Europe, and North America.

Jackson has advised governments, philanthropic foundations, and education technology organizations on strategy, learning design, and evidence-informed practice. A former EdTech founder and current lecturer at Harvard and Lesley University, she brings a systems-level lens to educational transformation—blending relational pedagogy, compassion science, and global citizenship education to reimagine the future of learning. She holds an MSc in Comparative and International Education from the University of Oxford, an MPhil in Education, and a PhD from the University of London.
