Learning Architect (Analytics, Design & Technology)
I enjoy solving one of the most complex problems of all time - learning. As an engineer-turned-educational researcher, I might call myself a Learning Engineer who has experience managing a technology-driven learning program for 40+ customer organization across 5 Indian states; launching tech products during Covid-19 to address the problems of remote teaching; publishing and presenting research on AI-powered learning analytics dashboard in international conferences such as AERA & LAK; and regularly managing and pursuing to develop efficient data-driven systems for transforming learning.
An important lesson I have learnt while solving learning is that like all complex problems, it requires multi-dimensional expertise and thus we must build agile, cross-functional teams to develop novel learning technologies by integrating product strategy with user engagement and data-driven insights. And with emerging technologies that are rapidly changing how we learn and work, it is essential that organizations value innovation, collaboration, continuous learning and sustainability of impact over quick fix solutions which are the norm in the industry.
