Get Impact Ready:
Measure What Matters
Get Impact Ready is an integrated solution for managing and demonstrating impact
Service overview
Get Impact Ready is a comprehensive service package designed for social enterprises, EdTech companies, and mission-driven organizations that seek to articulate, measure, and continuously demonstrate their educational impact with rigor. Combining ICEI’s domain expertise with the Impact Dashboard software, the product delivers a structured pathway from theory formulation to ongoing measurement and reporting on key educational metrics such as learning outcomes, equity of access, teaching quality, and overall instructional effectiveness.
Impact Ready enables companies not only to clarify their Theory of Change, but also to operationalize it with automated data collection, evidence-based indicators, and clear analytics that can support planning of implementation details or surveys with learners and teachers, and ultimately strengthen the educational impact of their solutions.
It is delivered as a service with our subject matter experts, and software for measuring your impact over time, with comprehensive reporting opportunities.
Core Components
1. Subject Matter Expert-led Theory of Change development (from the ICEI global network of experts)
ICEI curates a network of 1,200 learning scientists, Phd- and professorial level experts in education and digital learning who can be matched to a given organisation based on their specific domain and methodology expertise, geographical location etc. Once matched, ICEI domain specialists work directly with the organization to:
Define or refine the problem statement, target groups, and intended outcomes of an impact study.
Build a robust Theory of Change that aligns strategic goals with measurable indicators directly by the company.
Identify evidence-backed pathways and relevant research to support impact claims with specific literature.
This consultative process ensures conceptual clarity and sets the foundation for meaningful measurement.
2. Impact dashboard configuration
The Impact Dashboard is deployed as an integral part of the service package. The ICEI system is able to:
Map outcomes, indicators, and assumptions into the dashboard structure.
Embed bespoke surveys into the system for comparison
Set up dashboards, views, and automated data flows (pr quarter, pr year, drill-down pr research question)
With the Impact Dashboard, organizations gain a ready-to-use, professional impact infrastructure that measures impact across one or multiple projects over time and enables comparison between projects and products. The collected data can be used to identify what works well and what requires improvement, as well as to inform future research or reporting to funders and investors.
3. Evidence-Informed Measurement Framework
Building on ICEI’s Evidence Ready methodology, Impact Ready provides a clear measurement strategy:
Evidence hierarchy and quality criteria are applied to each indicator.
Baseline and longitudinal data strategies are defined.
Automated workflows ensure continuous data intake and transformation into insights.
4. Automated, longitudinal impact measurement
Once configured, the system runs continuous, automated measurement cycles:
Data is continuously collected and reported in realtime - fully automatic
Trends, insights, and evidence levels evolve without manual intervention.
5. Optional ongoing support and advisory services from ICEI
Impact Ready includes structured guidance and periodic touchpoints:
Expert consultation sessions to interpret data and adapt the Theory of Change.
Support in preparing impact reports for investors, donors, or regulatory purposes.
Continuous enhancement of metrics as the organization grows.
ICEI ensures organizations remain aligned, evidence-driven, and impact-credible over time by drawing on its expertise of working with leading EdTech VCs (eg Brighteye, Owl or Reach Capital), Foundations (eg Jacobs, LEGO, Gates or Bezos foundations) and impact investors (eg Ferd, Norway).
