Confidential Information: You acknowledge that during your participation in our platform, you may gain access to Restricted Information. This includes nonpublic information, trade secrets, data, concepts, materials, ideas, proprietary information, technology, business plans, customer information, financial data, and other information disclosed on the platform, whether verbal, written, electronic, or otherwise.

Confidentiality Obligation: You agree not to disclose or attempt to use or personally benefit from any Restricted Information disclosed to you through the platform and WiKIT’s services until such time as the Restricted Information has become publicly available through no action of your own, except as required by applicable law or expressly permitted for the purpose of facilitating a specific project.

Strictly Confidential Information: You acknowledge that the following types of information should be considered strictly confidential:

1. The identity of clients (e.g., refrain from listing clients on your resume or website).

2. Information related to projects.

3. Information pertaining to any actual or potential business, investment, or trading decisions, or transactions of any client.

4. Any other nonpublic or proprietary information of WiKIT AS or its clients (collectively, "Restricted Information").

Legal Compliance: If you are compelled by order of a court or other governmental or legal body (or have notice that such an order is being sought) to disclose any Restricted Information to anyone, you will promptly notify WiKIT at info@wikit.no, unless prohibited from doing so by the express terms of a government subpoena or court order, and will cooperate fully with WiKIT AS in protecting such information to the extent possible under applicable law.

Return or Destruction: Upon request by WiKIT AS or the applicable client, you agree to return or destroy all Restricted Information in your possession.
